The importance of staying Active
I can not stress how important it is for a person with Bipolar Disorder to stay active whether you able to work or not. You have many options out there to keep you active such as exercising on a daily basis, taking up a hobby, reading a good book, volunteering or even just taking a walk each day. The main point is too stay active because when your active you prevent your mind from dwelling on the negatives. Negatives which can lead to episodes down the line are very hard to overcome but with a little work on staying active you can really avoid any negative feelings from entering your mind.
Let's get started now! So until next time stay active and safe.
