How taking medicines and doing little things can help!

You can not just take medicine to treat bipolar disorder or even if taking medicine to treat any other kind of ailment. You must follow little things that can go a long way in making sure you stay healthy. For instance, when you have Bipolar Disorder it is important to eat right, some good foods to eat are Fish, fruits and vegetables to name a few. Another, way to stay healthy and trying to avoid an episode is staying active such as exercising daily such as taking a walk, jogging or running. You can even join a gym and go their twice a week to stay in shape while giving you the chance to get out and meet with other people. These are just a few ideas I bet you can think of many more but always remember taking medicine alone and not doing anything else will not help or prevent an episode from occurring again. So it is very important to take your medicine, eat healthy and to stay active.
