It's been awhile since my last post!

Sorry that it has been awhile since my last post but I thought since we are less than two days away from 2009 I would get back in touch. I know most people for the New Year make resolutions such as dieting, exercising but after a week or two those resolutions are forgotten about. So I thought what better way than to make a resolution that is geared to maintaining your stability when it comes BP. Some great resolutions to make for example are making sure you take your medicine regularly, trying to get adequate amount of sleep nightly. Ok, I guess I will have to also include exercising but a better way to look at is making sure you stay active daily. Remember do not forget to laugh because laughter can go a great way in brightening your day. So until 2009 Have a Happy and Healthy New Year! And do not forget stay active and safe!
