Happy New Year and Some refreshers to remember

Happy New Year to all, with a New Year comes the chance to set New Year resolutions but instead of resolutions lets set goals for ourselves to achieve this New Year for instance a goal may be to stay stable or continue to take your medicine, see your therapist and doctor on a regular basis. But, you may have others such as finding a new job, meeting someone new, making more friends or spending more time with family.
Whatever your 2009 goals maybe be sure to write them down or type them onto your computer so you can refer back to them to see how your progress is going a month from now or two months from now and so on.
Goals are important not only in are daily lives but for the future they make us look forward to something, they make us think about the weeks, months and years ahead. Which is great for someone who may be dealing with Bipolar Disorder. Just remember goal setting and achieving those goals brings much accomplishment to the person who set those goals in the first place.
