Don't Let Bipolar Define Your Life!
A person who is dealing with Bipolar Disorder should not let Bipolar Disorder define their life. They should not use Bipolar Disorder as an excuse nor should they let Bipolar Disorder control their life. These statements are probably easier said than done but if you follow all the tips and advice I have been writing about the last couple of months it should be easier than you think. Remember do not let Bipolar Disorder define your life. You are a person first and foremost, what defines you secondly is your profession and third it can be any other thing that you may think defines you. After, you go over everything that defines you, then include that you have a Illness that being Bipolar Disorder.
