The importance of laughter in your life

How many times a day do you laugh, do you laugh at least once a day or do you find that there is no reason to laugh at all. Laughter can be and is a remedy for all that maybe bothering you or really eating at you at that very moment. Just watching the TV and your favorite television show or turning on a DVD that is hilarious can be just what you need to make your day. Laughter, can go a long way in brightening up your day and making you feel ok! So, why don't just give it try and see how much laughter can make you cry.
