The Medicines to treat Bipolar Disorder

The different types of Bipolar Disorder medicines include mood stabilizers they help with delaying and relieve highs and lows that are associated with bipolar.
Another type of medicine is antidepressants usually used along with mood stabilizers for people who deal with depressive episodes.
Antipsychotics are another type of medicine that is mostly used to treat mania episodes, sometimes they also may be used to treat psychosis that can occur during a mania episode or depressive episode. People may also use antipsychotics if they have severe anxiety or are extremely agitated.
There are also many medicines that can be used when a person can not sleep or feels nervous.
Next time I will write about the ways self-care can help with Bipolar Disorder until then take care of yourself and stay active.
