Fighting Bipolar is difficult but one can make it easier as I said before if you follow a treatment plan and you have one in place. This means to see your doctor on a regular basis, follow up with your therapist and I stress take your medicines. The other parts of the treatment plan are just as important as the first three I mentioned and that is to watch your diet, exercise regularly and try to stay active.
Bipolar Disorder tries to take over your life but you are the only one that can prevent that from happening. It is very important to have a treatment plan in place and you should follow it through even if you are feeling 100 % stable. Having a treatment plan can keep you on the right track and it can definitely keep you stable.
