There are many and I mean many ways to tackle Bipolar Disorder. You just have to find the right plan and follow up on it. From the time you are diagnosed to the recovery process your plan has to be carried out in order to get back to the life you so remember and so much want. Remember even after you recovered from an episode, you can still from time to time or even more frequently experience an episode so preparation is key. Always be prepared for what can occur and the measures that you should take or your supporter should take in case of an emergency.
