Maintaining Stability
Maintaining Stability can be difficult at times because sometime we fall into bad habits such as not getting plenty of rest or not eating the right diet or not getting the right amount exercise. Maybe sometimes it can even be not being productive in your daily life. Remember it is important even if you don't work and collect disability it is still important for you to maintain your productivity throughout the day. Whether it is by reading, writing, or even taking a walk and also remember to make it a point to interact with others besides your own family. It is very healthy and also can help in maintaining your stability along the way.
